JOB DESCRIPTION

Under thedirection of Global Manager, Network Operations, and inconsultation with Regional Manager, Network Infrastructure, the SNSOperations Analyst will be involved with day-to-day operations,troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of networkinfrastructure within the global client environment. The primaryfocus of this role will be to provide network support to a largenumber of corporate branches. This role is customer focused insupport of the SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION), UPS, Wireless(Cisco), and user connectivity. The ideal candidate will have 3years networking background with general administration,troubleshooting and design skills. Client is looking for someonewho is willing to expand their skillset and can take ownership oftasks assigned.
