Level 1 Tech Support Cross Industries, LLC Summerville, SC 29486
- Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Tech Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
- This is a contract to hire position. Duties
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, including software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure such as LAN, VPN, and Firewalls
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding computer-related issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve escalated technical problems
- Assist in computer management tasks including setup, installation, and maintenance
- Document all support activities and resolutions accurately
- May sometimes travel to customers in the area to perform on-site support or diagnostics.
- Required to have a reliable mode of transportation; Reimbursed a $0.70 per mile. Qualifications
