Key Responsibilities:

• Led end-to-end implementation of Workday Accounting Center (FDM) focused on global financial consolidations across multi-country operations.
• Acted as the Functional Lead for multi-currency setup and consolidation processes, including GBP, EUR, JPY, and LATAM currencies.
• Partnered with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to migrate consolidation frameworks into Workday, ensuring alignment with global reporting and compliance standards.
• Designed and configured multi-currency journal processes, revaluations, and currency translations to support accurate financial reporting.
• Supported complex intercompany eliminations, FX impact analysis, and roll-up structures in a highly matrixed financial landscape.
• Conducted workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders from EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions to validate functional specs.
• Worked closely with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow into Workday Accounting Center from upstream systems.
• Ensured system readiness through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support across multiple international entities.
• Maintained compliance with regulatory and internal controls while streamlining consolidation activities for global business units.
• Provided functional leadership on financial data modeling and chart of accounts (COA) transformation to support multi-entity operations.
