Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech lead with a strong background in both the C# .NET ecosystem with MSSQL Server and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The ideal candidate will have led technical team and provided advanced application support (L3/L4), with a deep understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# .NET and MSSQL Server
Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack
Serve as a Technical Lead, overseeing and mentoring team members and reviewing code and architecture of 2 applications
Ensure software meets performance, quality, security, and scalability requirements
Manage and support escalated issues (L3 and L4 support), including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical feedback and recommendations
Contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing development and support
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Solid understanding and application of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience performing L3 and L4 support, including troubleshooting and system diagnostics
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in leading technical teams and project delivery
Open to travel on need basis within US for project requirement
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in C# .
NET, .NET
Core, and MSSQL Server
Proven experience with LAMP stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
