Associate, Java/Scala Developer
Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks an Associate, Java/Scala Developer in Alpharetta, Georgia
Design, develop, test, and deploy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions on the salesforce platform. Work with the distributed team and design and implement end to end software solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructure. Work with development lead and architecture team in understanding the requirements, designing and implementing the solution. Deliver quality code and deliver quality test cases. Participate in software design review and peer code review. Enhance custom objects, develop Visual Force pages, APEX classes, and define workflows and SOQL. Follow software development lifecycle processes for development, testing and deployment. Manage Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) configurations and customizations.
Salary:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $152,510 and $152,510 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Software Developer or a related role. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Sales Cloud features including lead or opportunity management; Service cloud features including case management with chat integration or Service Console with telephony integration; Workflows, process builders and flows for business automations; SOQL and SOSL; and Data management using Apex Dataloader and workbench. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Apex programming to define complex business use cases, with Service integrations using REST or SOAP protocols; and UI development using lightning aura and web components. Requires one (1) year of experience with: HTML; JavaScript; and CSS.
