You will focus on the design and development of technical solutions that align with business objectives to support agent processes for the organization’s Property and Casualty lines of business.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define the future-state vision for agent systems Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for agent systems, balancing strategic direction with effective execution Translate business requirements into technical specifications, designing integrated systems across multiple platforms Participate in strategic solution architecture planning, identifying future technological trends Oversee implementation phases, ensuring design specifications are accurately translated into functioning systems Support the creation and mapping of user stories against defined solutions Ensure solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality Evaluate potential third-party software needed to meet solution goals Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience considered Proven experience in delivering technical solutions (Obtaining business requirements, identifying needs, collaborating with key stakeholders, delivering the product) Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development High level understanding of J2EE, Angular, and TypeScript Proficient in integration best practices Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Great to have, not required: Certified Solution Architect (e.g.,

AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified:

Azure Solutions Architect Expert) TOGAF Certification Our job titles may span more than one career level.
