Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant with hands-on experience in CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizations, integrations, and development using Power Platform, Azure services, and .NET technologies. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).
Develop and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Portals.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Build and manage plugins, workflows, JavaScript customizations, and API-based integrations.
Utilize .NET programming for backend development and custom business logic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design customer journeys and optimize user experiences.
Support data integration and transformation using tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and complex integrations.
Proficiency in

Power Platform:

Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals.
Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
Strong development skills in .NET and JavaScript.
Experience with plugins, workflows, and ribbon customizations.
Familiarity with APIs and integration patterns. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and insights.
