Job Description
You will be responsible for the complete technical lifecycle of implementation projects—from requirements gathering to solution delivery. This includes workflow automation, web service integration, Okta configuration, and deployment automation using CI/CD. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent role with minimal supervision, confidently managing complex technical workstreams. Required Skills and Qualifications 10-12+ years of overall IT experience. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with the Newgen IBPS platform. 2-3 years of independent implementation experience with Newgen ONE projects. Deep understanding of Newgen ONE APIs for workflows, DMS, queue management, and forms. Strong expertise in OmniDocs advanced features, including versioning and document workflows. Proficiency in Java and RESTful web service integration. Experience with Jenkins build pipelines and Newgen Deployment Manager. Familiarity with case management, workflow automation, and ECM best practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the full SDLC. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Newgen ONE platform certification. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Government sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. #LI-MB1 #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities Independently execute full lifecycle Newgen ONE implementations from the ground up, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Lead all aspects of project architecture including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Configure and customize Newgen ONE workflows, forms, ECM, and case management modules at an expert level. Integrate Newgen ONE with third-party systems using RESTful web services and Java. Configure and maintain Okta for secure single sign-on (SSO) and identity management. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins to ensure streamlined deployment and environment management. Utilize Newgen ONE out-of-the-box APIs for workflow, DMS, queue handling, and form orchestration. Manage OmniDocs modules, including advanced document upload workflows, version control, and API integrations. Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and issues throughout all phases of delivery. Prepare technical documentation, conduct knowledge transfers, and provide end-user training as needed. Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews, promoting continuous improvement.
