Plans, implements, tests, documents, andmaintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-housedeveloped and

COTS/GOTS

components, elements, subsystems and/orsystems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirementsinto system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule andcost constraints. Establishes functional and technicalspecifications and standards, solves hardware/software interfaceproblems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integrationof the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derivesrequirements for testability, develops and directs preparation andexecution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules forcomplete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/orsystem testing activities with programs and other organizations.

Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensivesubsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify andvalidate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports andperforms integration regression testing to verify/validateincorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Basic Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from anaccredited college in a related discipline (Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study orrelated professional level career experience) Experience usingMicrosoft Office products to generate status reports, projectplans, and work instructions. Experience writing, editing andsupporting existing software code base using LabVIEW and/or TestStand software. Experience in analyzing and resolving problems.

Experience in managing and prioritizing your own workload that mayconsist of several tasks at once. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Experience in effectively working on teams.

Ability to work with minimal detailed direction to deliver desiredresults. Desired (nice to have)

Qualifications:

A minimum of 9years of professional level career experience is preferred. Provensuccess in implementing appropriate methods to measure electricalparameters typically required for components and subassemblies.

Subject matter expert in Radio Frequency or Microwave systems andsubsystems. Success in developing multiple complex test programswith NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments. Proventrack record of researching and specifying components for testequipment design. Proven ability in troubleshooting measurementissues and isolating problems down to the test instrument,fixturing, software level or unit under test. Proficiencygenerating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists andother types of engineering documentation. Proficiency inCorrective/Preventative action process and implementation.-Solidbackground in deriving test requirements from design or systemlevel requirements. Ability to identify and author requireddocumentation to correct drawing to actual hardware discrepancies.

Proven collaborator with multidiscipline teams. Effectiverelationship builder across multiple organizations and disciplines.

Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outliningtechnical issues, solutions or trade studies.
