Job Description
Responsible for the support and production operations of WES and WMS. Provide general production support of production automated warehouse. Serve as a strong advocate for meeting service levels and maintaining high availability in the heavily automated warehouse. Classify production incident critically and priority. Work with central IT/OT Teams and vendors to ensure issues are properly understood and accurately assigned. Translated operational problems into technical issue reporting. Diagnose and resolve data and systems issues to ensure warehouse usability for the consumer of the warehouse data. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications. Perform light debugging duties using SQL to develop queries/reports of varying complexity to troubleshoot and recommend fixes to development teams. Monitor dashboard and escalate issues where needed. Provide 24X7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends. Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production tickets. Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes. Serve as the support point of contact for the automation systems. Conduct and lead production support calls.
Position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or closely related field of study, and one year of experience in job offer, or as a Manufacturing Engineer, or a closely related occupation. Experience can have been obtained prior to MS degree. Position requires 10% travel to warehouse sites with the possibility of working remotely with occasional business travel. Graduate coursework should include at least one course in production planning, and one course in supply chain strategies. Job located in Russellville, Arkansas and any unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. $56,576 to $71,115/year.
