Description of Duties:
The Configuration Management Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
The candidate will:
Create and maintain a C2BMC Labs and Warfighters (CLAW) Configuration Management process and procedures in accordance with
EIA-649C
standards. Implement Configuration Management (CM) functions across CLAW, to include: o CM Planning and Management (CMP&M) o Configuration Identification o Configuration Change Management (CCM) o Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) o Configuration Verification and Audit (CV&A) o Configuration Management Processes and Procedures Assist in preparing baseline documentation for review and place under positive CM control. Assist with the development of CM metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement on the CM program. Be responsible for the implementation of contract-wide Support of CM processes, process improvements, and integration of Change & Configuration Management. Assist with performing audits of task order CM programs, assist with the development of audit process for task order CM programs assist with the development of audit metrics, Report audit findings/metrics to team leadership. Provide daily/frequent updates to assigned work following the team’s task management approach. Development and implementation of organizational CM plans, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with fellow IRES CM Analysts to refine focus and provide additional support for high priority projects and taskers. Maintain CM documentation (e.g., Organizational drawings, CM Plan, CM procedures, Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct reviews and updates as necessary. Maintain and improve CM training processes. Effectively manage tasks and timelines with the ability to deliver quality results on schedule.

Have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn new technologies Display positive team working skills and the ability to coordinate meetings and working groups to improve the CLAW CM Program. This position is expected to pay $57,000 – $82,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
