Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure at our site. Responsibilities Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including workstations, telecom, VOIP, printers, servers, and networking. Configure, deploy, install, and support site infrastructure, including

systems and various printers. Handle telecom systems such as Ethernet, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and VOIP phones. Provide software support for standard and local applications, including MS Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. Maintain high uptime for hardware and software resources through ITSM and 24/7 pager support. Participate in training meetings related to IT, production, and safety. Work independently with minimal direction, applying basic skills to solve problems. Skills Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. Proficiency in configuring and supporting IT infrastructure, including workstations and networking equipment. Experience with telecom systems and software support. Preferred Skills Experience with ITSM, MOC, and maintaining IT dashboards. Familiarity with FDA and GMP compliance in IT environments.
