Full Time What You’ll Do The Workday Analyst I is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system or Finance (FIN) & Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role focuses on daily operational tasks, assisting with user support, basic configuration, and data integrity efforts. As part of the Workday team, this role collaborates with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to maintain data integrity, support key business processes, and contribute to system enhancements, testing, and small-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and resolving Workday Help tickets and inquiries submitted by customers. Documenting resolutions and updating knowledge base articles to support self-service Perform routine data entry and updates within Workday based on approved changes. Maintain supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and worker data. Provide Tier 1 support to users and managers navigating Workday tasks. Assist with troubleshooting routing issues, password resets, incorrect entries, and user access concerns. Help document common questions and create user support guides and tip sheets. Run data audits to identify inconsistencies or missing fields. Partner with the business team to correct errors and maintain data quality. Support mass data loads (e.g., EIBs) under supervision of senior analysts. Assist with testing new configurations and Workday releases. Help maintain configuration documentation, process manuals, and ticket logs. Participate in user training sessions and provide technical support during rollout of new features. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
Clean Driving Record Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting. Exposure to Workday reporting or EIBs. Experience supporting HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
