Job Description:
We’re partnering with a top-tier organization on a multi-year PeopleSoft optimization project and are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with strong ERP expertise to join the team.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) with a long runway – a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process and system performance.
This is a W2 only position, we are unable to support C2C at this time.
What You’ll Do
Own PeopleSoft configuration and support across Finance and Supply Chain modules (AP, GL, PC, SCM)
Serve as a bridge between business teams and technical staff
Troubleshoot system issues using SQL, code tracing, and integration knowledge
Create documentation, support UAT, and assist in process improvement
Help build knowledge base, user guides, and support procedures
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of PeopleSoft experience in a techno-functional capacity
Solid understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2, including PeopleTools
Strong business acumen, especially in financial systems and workflows
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
SQL fluency and experience supporting integrated enterprise environments
