Full Job Description Overview:

As a Solution Analyst II , you’ll support the Client Services team in implementing new and upgrading existing software solutions for our customers. This is a key role that directly contributes to customer business outcomes and enhances the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Meets with customers to understand their needs and priorities. Analyzes the customer’s business and technology needs and use cases. Participates in solution design activities, defining and documenting solution objectives and technical specifications. Creates and maintains professional presentations, documents, and other materials to facilitate communication of product specifications to the customer. Develops and maintains system and process flow diagrams. Becomes a subject matter expert in at least one software solution. Regularly evaluates system functionality and processes to identify and recommend software solution improvements. Conducts unit testing and integration testing, documenting and clearly communicating test results. Follows up with internal IT teams to ensure technical issues identified during testing are appropriately addressed. Identifies and analyzes system issues and supports the technical teams in resolving them. Educates customers on the features and functionality of the software solution. Participates in established ITIL activities, including Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience 4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred. Rarely makes the same mistake twice; learns from failure. Begins to focus on attaining expertise in one or more areas of their role. Learns quickly and makes steady progress without the need for constant significant feedback from more senior team members. We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $71,760.00 – $95,680.00, based on the national average for the position. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants’ qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
