Role Overview:
Proven 10 years of leadership experience client engagement, manage delivery pipelines, and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates and manage day to day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage client relationships with Fortune 1000 companies. Understand client IT environments, project roadmaps, and talent needs. Drive end-to-end staffing processes—requirement gathering, submissions, interview coordination, and onboarding. Work closely with internal technical and recruiting teams for successful delivery. Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Track performance metrics (fill rate, response time, submittal quality). Contribute to revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 10 years’ experience in IT consulting, staffing, or service delivery. Strong knowledge of technology roles (developers, data engineers, cloud, etc.). Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

$95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
