EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Consultant- Workday Adaptive Planning who will assist with empowering our finance and business leaders with critical insights to plan smarter, report faster, and analyze better. What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
Implementing budgets, forecastsCreate both starter and ad-hoc reporting within Adaptive Planning for FinanceConfiguring clients planning models into Adaptive PlanningProvide client support (design, model, configuration, deployment, and training) for the Workday Adaptive PlanningMaintain proficiency and certification in the Workday Adaptive PlanningAssist client with data validation issues reconciling Trial Balance data, and other statistical end pointsDelivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to clientsMeeting with clients regularly either via virtual or in-person meetingsContributing to team objectives via thought leadership and attending Workday Adaptive Planning related eventsMay be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.
Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 2+ years Accounting or FP&A experience1+ years experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions according to customer requirementsPreferred or Desired QualificationsExperience leading Adaptive Planning design, process alignment detailed understanding of EPM and/or ERP system concepts and general functionalityDetailed understanding of Adaptive Planning processes and best practicesResourcefulness with a can-do results-oriented attitude to challenges and problem solving with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsAdvanced/Expert Excel knowledge with a skillset focused on modeling, reporting, and data analysisOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
