Responsibilities:
Design custom kitchens using 2020 Design software Work directly with clients to understand their needs, vision, and budget Select cabinetry, countertops, appliances, hardware, and finishes Prepare detailed design proposals and manage revisions Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, and installers Create estimates and process sales/invoices using QuickBooks Follow up with clients and ensure project satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proficient in 2020 Design software (required) Working knowledge of QuickBooks (required) Strong understanding of kitchen appliances and brands Minimum 2 years of design experience (kitchen or interior) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Strong communication, organization, and sales skills
Compensation:
Base salary + Commission Great earning potential based on sales and performance Opportunities for growth and leadership roles
