Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL;
• Experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD), with a strong grasp of design thinking methodologies;
• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing;
• Experience in Agile software development environments;
• Experience with Figma and developing low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes;
• Experience with Information Architecture and its application to digital products;
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and navigating team dynamics;

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct experience benchmarking, usability testing, and insight synthesis to validate design decisions;
• Analyze user behaviors and channel performance to uncover opportunities for improvement;
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies;
• Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to articulate user needs and pain points;
• Identify root causes of experience challenges and recommend actionable design solutions;
• Co-create value models and experience blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional partners;
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders Why apply?
