Client is seeking a Senior Sitecore / .NET Web Developer to join our Digital Web Development team. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in CMS implementation and modern web technologies. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, scalable solutions that support our digital strategy and enhance user experiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Owners (BOs), Product Owners (POs), and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain business-critical web applications. Lead mid-sized website enhancement projects, leveraging Sitecore’s built-in capabilities to drive engagement and sales. Recommend and implement improvements to development methodologies and SDLC processes. Work closely with developers, QA, and architects to deliver elegant, forward-thinking solutions. Develop complex features using modern tools and frameworks including Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore JSS, C#, React.js, and MuleSoft. Continuously optimize application performance and user experience. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in modern web development. Proven experience leading development projects through the full lifecycle. Strong system design and analytical skills. Expertise in Sitecore CMS development (minimum 5 years), including modular development using Helix principles. Proficiency in object-oriented programming (3-5 years). Familiarity with source control tools such as Bitbucket/GIT. Experience writing integration and unit tests. Agile/SCRUM development experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and quick to learn in a dynamic environment. Experience building high-volume, mission-critical production systems. Preferred Qualifications Background in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry. 5+ years of experience in modern web development.
