Web Accessibility Developer
We are looking for a Web Developer to support public communication efforts by maintaining and improving website accessibility in compliance with ADA and
WCAG 2.1
standards. The role involves working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating with communication teams, and ensuring accessible and user-friendly web content.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and configure AEM components and workflows
Ensure ADA and
WCAG 2.1 AA
compliance across web content
Audit, remediate, and document accessibility issues
Collaborate with IT, communications, and content teams
Track accessibility metrics and stay updated on best practices
Required Skills:
Adobe Experience Manager (3+ years)
Web accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG)
Accessibility testing tools (e.g., SiteImprove)
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Adobe AEM certification is preferred
