• We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our transportation team.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), extensive experience driving buses, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers, while also being able to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

• Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a bus on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Monitor and manage passenger behavior, ensuring a safe and enjoyable ride for all.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of bus routes, schedules, and policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bus environment.
• Educate passengers on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local traffic patterns and road conditions.
• Operate a van or other vehicles, as needed.
• Provide childcare services, as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, passengers, and incidents.
• Continuously improve communication skills to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local rules and regulations.
