Junk removal Nextgen Junk Removal Yadkinville, NC 27055 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various types of equipment. Responsibilities Safely load and unload items from trucks, ensuring proper handling techniques to prevent damage or injury. Drive box trucks or other vehicles along designated routes to pick up junk from clients’ locations. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed for efficient junk removal. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during pickups. Sort and categorize items for recycling, donation, or disposal according to company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Assist in warehouse operations when not on route, including inventory management and equipment maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in moving, courier services, or warehouse operations is preferred. Strong ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills to efficiently reach client locations. Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed based on business demands.
