Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable, responsible, and compassionate Patient Transport Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments in a timely and safe manner, while providing top-tier customer service. Our drivers are the heart of our company, and we want people who care about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport patients to and from their appointments in a company vehicle Ensure timely arrival and departure for scheduled appointments Assist patients as needed, providing a friendly and supportive experience Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Keep in regular communication with the dispatch team and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be eligible to drive in the state of Georgia Previous driving or customer service experience is a plus Ability to provide compassionate care and professionalism to patients Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Must have a reliable means of communication (phone)

Compensation:

Pay range: $15 – $17 per hour Weekly pay Flexible work hours

Additional Information:

This role is in-person; drivers will be responsible for keeping the company vehicle at their home. Full training will be provided, but prior experience in the NEMT industry is a plus. How to
