Personal Driver Makan Construction Chester, NY 10918 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant personal Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensurinf safety while driving our company owner. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring best routes and assisting with team selling while meeting clients. The Driver/Guard will also be responsible for helping to secure clients for our construction business . Day to

Day:

• Picking up the owner and company car in Chester, NY.
• Communicating with the owner of recent construction sites/ home calls we should attend.
• Helping to sign the client and work as a team.
• Assisting with any errands.
• Returning company car and owner back home in Chester, NY. Prior experience in construction sales, security, fire, or law enforcement is encouraged. We are hiring for 2 positions:
• 1 Full Time Member (Monday-Sunday, 2 days off granted if requested)
• 1 Weekend Member (Saturday and Sunday, approx 15-20 hours).

Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Communicate effectively with team members and other staff. Control access to the premises where we are soliciting business. Load and unload materials as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed (if needed). Operate commercial and personal vehicles with a clean drivers license. Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms, coordinating with our team on best fires to go to. Maintain accurate logs of start/end time, incidents, and observations. Provide assistance with singing on clients for bonus opportunity. Experience Experience in law enforcement, security, fire department is encouraged. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with staff and visitors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
