The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or van to deliver goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service during deliveries. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Assist in moving and organizing inventory as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred. Experience operating box trucks or vans; forklift experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and manage physical demands of the job. Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is desirable. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
