Overview:

Above the Treads is a fast-growing supplier of wheel and tire shop essentials, serving Palm Beach and Martin County. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable Route Sales Driver to join our team. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting shop owners, and helping customers get what they need to keep their businesses moving, this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

Drive a set route to existing customers (tire shops, dealerships, auto repair shops) Load, deliver, and restock wheel weights, TPMS sensors, valves, plugs, gloves, and other supplies Build strong relationships with shop owners and managers Educate customers on new products and upsell when opportunities arise Manage inventory on your van and complete basic paperwork Track orders, payments, and customer notes using a tablet or mobile device Represent the Above the Treads brand with professionalism, energy, and hustle

What We’re Looking For:

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable lifting boxes up to ~50 lbs Prior route, sales, or delivery experience is a plus (not required) Self-starter with a solid work ethic—you take pride in your route Familiarity with auto shop environments is a big plus
