Delivery Driver Boxed logistics Braselton, GA 30517 Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Your commitment to customer service and safety will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving and a strong understanding of delivery processes. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of items. Follow established routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport. Assist with moving items as needed within the warehouse or delivery sites. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is essential. Experience operating box trucks or vans is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
