Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver Lo’s Grand Logistics 350 Old Oxford Road, Covington, GA 30014 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle furniture and appliance-related tasks, including assembly. The Delivery Driver will operate a box truck, ensuring that all deliveries are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck for the delivery of furniture and appliances to customer locations. Assemble and install products as needed upon delivery, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during delivery. Maintain an organized schedule for deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse staff to load and unload products efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with delivery duties. Previous experience in furniture and appliance installation.
