Delivery Drivers:

10+ hour shifts starting between 7-9am Compensation starting at $140-170 a day plus incentives Health insurance Paid vacation Weekly direct deposit Performance-based bonuses and incentives for reliable and motivated drivers Safety and driver training on-site Extra shift opportunities Conveniently-located delivery station on the Arkansas side of the Texarkana area The ideal Delivery Driver will be responsible for: Operating in a fast-paced work environment where you will be tasked with swiftly and safely delivering packages according to a daily, new route schedule while providing top-tier customer service Making upwards of 150 deliveries per day out of a large commercial motor vehicle Working independently while equipped with the resources necessary to meet team goals Loading delivery vehicles quickly and accurately; lifting packages up to 150 lbs Maintaining enthusiasm for the constant experience and knowledge gained in the expanding logistics/e-commerce industry The ideal Delivery Drivers should meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and preferably a DOT Med Card Be physically able to handle getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day Be able to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs Have experience with Commercial Motor Vehicles (no CDL is required) Available for an increased workload and extra shifts during peak/holiday season (November through end of December) 1-year minimum verifiable employment driving experience within the last 3 years Must pass background check, drug test, and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record Be punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management skills Full-time positions available Delivery Drivers are the lifeblood to our company and will all be treated with the utmost dignity and respect at Launch Logistics.
