Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and facilitate vehicle deliveries to customers. Review all features of vehicles with Guest at Delivery Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide exceptional customer service. Follow up with Service and Sales CSI.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
