Delivery Driver Wanted – 2nd Shift 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 2403 Sidney Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 Second Shift – 8 Hour shift Monday-Friday Start Time flexible sometime between Noon-3pm General responsibilities: Transportation of medical implants and instruments to hospitals and other offices. Interact and build rapport with hospital staff to ensure proper placement of shipments within hospitals, and completion of corresponding paperwork. Communicate with sales teams on delivery/pickupdetails. At times may be required to learn surgicalinstrumentation trays and reset them on site as well as enter sterilizationdepartment to complete pickups/deliveries. Vehicle maintenance (washing, fueling,coordinating inspection/repair). May be required to be in the on-call rotationfor evenings/weekends. Assist in shipping, receiving, restocking, andreturning inventory and corresponding computer transactions. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
JobQualifications:
GED or HS diploma required; bachelor’s degreepreferred. Clean driving record. Driver position must have a working cell phone. Basic computer and technology skills (email,text, etc) Prior driving experience is a plus. Prefer 2 year’s experience in a warehouse,inventory control, or logistics operations role.
