Responsibilities Safely load and unload items of various sizes of agricultural equipment from trucks or vehicles while ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Operate delivery trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Follow the company-established driving routes to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers. Communicate throughout the day with dispatch. Assist with loading and unloading items as needed, ensuring all equipment, attachments, and implements are handled with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used during operations. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Qualifications Previous experience in transporting, delivery driving, or related fields is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record: experience with commercial driving is a plus. The ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Familiarity with route driving techniques to optimize delivery efficiency. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
