FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Angkor Logistics 3161 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with route driving. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our delivery operations. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or van to deliver products to designated locations. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring that all products are handled with care. Utilize a pallet jack as necessary for efficient loading and unloading of goods. Follow assigned delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments. Qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 150 pounds) as required during loading and unloading. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems. Experience operating box trucks, vans and pallet jacks is an advantage. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
