Job Description
Warehouse and Delivery Staff Total Home Center 700 Highgate Road, Saint Albans, VT 05478 Looking to fill a position on our warehouse/delivery team. The job requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment. Delivery staff are responsible for but not limited to the following: Loading delivery trucks, Checking merchandise for damage, Installations of furniture and appliances in customer homes, Sticking to delivery schedule and completing jobs on time, Disposing of removal items and returning merchandise to the store, and keeping trucks cleaned and maintained. Warehouse staff is responsible for but not limited to the following: Prepping items for delivery, Unloading incoming trucks, Putting away and organizing product, Loading customer pickups, Bringing merchandise to store showroom. Starting wage of $18.50 requires valid drivers license and ability to get on store vehicle insurance plan.
