TowBoatUS Charlotte Harbor Captain:
Respond to calls for assistance and be the hero who saves the day for boaters in need. Perform marine services like towing, fuel delivery, battery jumps, and ungrounding vessels. Salvage operations—get hands-on experience rescuing and recovering vessels. Keep our vessels shipshape with regular maintenance and inspections. Accurately log reports and notes to ensure smooth operations. Be prepared for anything—each day brings a new challenge on the water!
Where We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for Captains based in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte to cover the waters of Pine Island Sound and Charlotte Harbor .
What You Need:
USCG Master’s License with a Near Coastal rating Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement Current TWIC Card and valid passport SCUBA certification (PREFERRED but not required) The marine towing and salvage industry is both challenging and rewarding. If you are a problem solver, can work independently, thrive in unpredictable situations, and are eager to push your skills to the next level, this could be the perfect role for you.

$50,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
