The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of maritime regulations, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for providing an exciting yet safe experience for passengers. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and maintaining the vessel’s operational integrity. Responsibilities Navigate and operate the vessel in accordance with maritime laws and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the vessel to ensure safety equipment is operational and that maintenance is performed as needed. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding safety protocols. Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions regarding navigation routes to ensure passenger safety. Maintain logs of operations, including trip details, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Address any emergencies or unexpected situations promptly and efficiently. Experience Proven experience as a Boat Captain or in a similar maritime role. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
