Job Description
CDL A Truck Driver and Warehouse with Hazmat (6441) 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Stratford, CT 06615 We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse/Driver with a CDL A Hazmat endorsement to join our team. This role will be split between warehouse duties and driving, with an 80/20 distribution of time (80% warehouse and 20% driving). Pay:
$24.00•$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM•4:30 PM (Work until done)
Hours:
40-42 hours per week with overtime (time and a half after 40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties (90% of the Day): Pulling orders and staging trucks for the next day’s deliveries Putting away stock and performing day-to-day warehouse operations Lifting up to 80-100 pounds Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment Driving Duties (10% of the Day): Filling in for driver call-offs or extra deliveries as needed Operating a box truck with a lift gate (automatic transmission) Delivering a variety of materials including chemicals, pavers, drums, plaster, liners, pool supplies, etc. Making 5-10 stops per day to residential and commercial locations Unloading deliveries with an electric pallet jack or dolly Must be comfortable lifting 80-100 pounds at each stop
Requirements:
CDL A License (can consider drivers right out of school with little to no experience) Hazmat Endorsement

Ability to lift 80-100 pounds Must be comfortable with manual unloading at delivery sites
