@CAMSGROUPINC.COM Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of freight during transport. Responsibilities Drive designated routes to deliver freight to customers while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Follow company policies regarding safety protocols and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Experience Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities. Experience operating refrigerated trailers is preferred. Strong understanding of load unloading procedures and freight handling. Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps effectively.
