Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Strategic Recruiting Plans

• Partner with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting efforts with business goals and organizational growth strategies. Source and Engage Top Talent
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations. Conduct Insightful Interviews
• Lead phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Deliver Data-Driven Results
• Analyze recruiting metrics and deliver reports that support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Innovate and Improve
• Recommend new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts and stay ahead of industry trends. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
• Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with DOT regulations and internal HR policies. Uphold Professionalism and Confidentiality
• Represent Benore with integrity throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
