Are you a motivated, reliable driver ready to hit the road and get paid for your hustle? E&F Nesting is seeking professional Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Drivers to join our growing team and help us keep freight moving across the country.
Position Details:
Position:
OTR Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL or CDL)
Pay:
20% of Gross Revenue (paid weekly)
Schedule:
2 Weeks On / 2 Days Off
Mileage:
2,500-3,000 miles/week
Advances:
Available on a case-by-case basis
Driver Requirements:
- Clean driving record (last 3-5 years)
- Experience with 26ft box trucks preferred
- CDL drivers welcome (not required)
- Active DOT Medical Card
- Provide 2-3 professional references
- Pass a drug test
- Preferred age: 25+ (insurance purposes)
- Able to operate lift gate and pallet jack
- Comfortable sleeping in the truck (occasional hotel stays for downtime or mechanical issues)
- Willing to drive in all regions, including overnight runs
- Knowledge of pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Strong communicator and team player
- Prompt, dependable, and safety-oriented
- Self-sufficient problem solver
