Job Description
Class A OTR Drivers Run Reefer 1300-1950/WK (Based on Exp & Effort) No Touch Wick TR Atlanta, GA 30305 OTR CDL-A Drivers – High Miles & Weekly Guarantee! Earn $1,300-$1,950+ Weekly Coast-to-Coast Freight No-Touch Guaranteed Pay We’re looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers ready to run serious miles and earn serious money. If you’ve got at least one year of Regional or OTR experience within the last three years, this opportunity is built for you.
Position Highlights:
Starting Pay:
$0.50-$0.65 CPM based on verified experience. Drivers average 2500-2700MPW and those that hustle can get well over 3000. Payday is every Friday via direct deposit
Weekly Minimum Guarantee:
$1,000/week after 30 days, regardless of equipment or weather—just show up ready to work
Freight:
100% no-touch, 70% drop & hook and almost all is reefer freight
Equipment:
All late-model Kenworth T680s (less than 3 years old) with inverters and APUs

Home Time:
Must stay out a minimum of 13 days Earn 1 day of home time for every week out (up to 12 days banked) Unused days can be sold back to the company
Rider Policy:

Held every Monday, with travel provided (flight or rental car) Dispatched immediately after orientation

Driver Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year Regional or OTR in the last 5 years. But during that time you must have driven (weather locally OTR or Regionally – Yard Jockey does not count and neither does time at driving school or with your trainer) at least 2,5 Years of the 5 years with at least one of those 2.5 years being
OTR or Regional Driving Record:
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years Can not have a reckless/careless driving in the last five years If you received a mobile device violation while you had your CDL you must wait 5 years otherwise it is a normal moving violation
Employment History:
No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months (exceptions: 3+ month driving job) Must have worked in the last 12 months unless you were a: Stay-at-home parent Caregiver Student Retired Recently incarcerated
Terminations:
Cannot have been terminated for an accident from your last job
Background Policy:
DUI Policy:
No DUIs in the last 3 years No more than 1 DUI in the last 5 years Never in a CMV (Class A vehicle)
Drug & Alcohol Testing:
Must have never failed or refused a DOT drug test (even with SAP completion) Urine tests only
Criminal Background:
No lifetime convictions for GTA, voluntary manslaughter, or more severe homicide related crimes. All others will be reviewed Will consider drivers on probation/parole with PO travel approval All misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis If you want to run and make money and be settled against whatever is coming down the road economically because reefer will stay strong. This partner is adding at least 750 new trucks this coming year due to volume.
