Drivers Needed:

CDL drivers needed for a small family fleet with a family atmosphere. Drivers will be treated as partners and not just another number. All equipment is regularly serviced and maintained by our home terminal. The company has a diesel mechanic on call 24/7. The company owner is active and can be reached. Company fuel cards are available along with regular lanes that can be run. We require no mandatory time out and guarantee to get the driver home when time is requested. Top compensation in the trucking industry is paid based on experience with a minimum of 2 years required. Drivers are paid weekly by the mile, allowing you to control your weekly income. Newer equipment is available including automatics and manuals. Drivers are allowed to wash the truck and trailer several times monthly paid for by the company. Our dispatcher is available 24/7 also with any questions or needs that may arise regarding loads via phone calls or text. The dispatcher strives to have the driver’s next load before the previous load delivers cutting down on time to ensure drivers are not sitting and waiting. Our dispatching style is tailored to the driver, respecting your preferences, and how you would like to operate. There is no forced dispatching. As a family-originated company, we understand the importance of treating our drivers with the upmost appreciation and flexibility.
