Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport supplies and other small packages to designated destinations. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of your vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient driving. Plan routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency. Communicate with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and pick-ups. Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation. Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures when required. Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Provide exceptional customer service to recipients during deliveries.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle in good working condition. Up to date working phone. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry packages up to [weight limit] pounds. Punctual and dependable. Knowledge of New Jersey and New York roadways and traffic regulations. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
