In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company truck, mobilizing equipment to job sites, and organizing storage. Additionally, you will also provide support as a floor technician for our various flooring projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely drive the company truck to transport equipment, materials, and crew to job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and in working order
• Collaborate with project managers and floor technicians to complete flooring projects as assigned
• Prep and clean up job sites, ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform tasks as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid and clean driver’s license
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience as a floor technician or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
