Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliableand experienced Custom Applicator / CDL Driver to join ouroperations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safeand efficient application of fertilizers and crop protectionproducts, as well as assisting with delivery and transportation ofag inputs. You’ll operate high-tech equipment and work closely withgrowers and agronomy staff to ensure timely, accurate fieldapplications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate application equipmentto apply fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fieldsSafely transport products to and from customer locations usingcompany vehicles Maintain accurate records of applications, fields,and products used Perform routine maintenance and upkeep onequipment Assist in loading/unloading of product and supportingwarehouse operations as needed Communicate effectively with growersand team members regarding field conditions and job completion

Qualifications:

Experience operating farm or agricultural equipmentrequired Clean driving record CDL and Applicator’s Licensepreferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work extended hoursduring peak seasons Strong attention to detail and commitment tosafety Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and aspart of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
