ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive andoperate a commercial truck with a patented lift mechanism to loadand unload containers at customer sites in a safe manner byfollowing all safety rules Perform and log daily pre and post tripinspections of commercial vehicle and lift Accept add-on deliveriesas required to meet business needs Use company handheld computerfor delivery verification and navigation Operate a forklift and/oran overhead crane Clean and inspect containers to ensure they arepresentable for delivery to customer Coordinate rental paperworkand payment with the customer Communicate with the Driver Lead orMarket Manager on customer questions and/or issues; Prepare drivernotes as needed Perform repairs of containers and lifts in thefield and at the storage center Provide backup for storage centerfunctions when needed Maintain cleanliness of truck cab (keep freefrom debris inside and outside) May perform other duties andresponsibilities as assigned

Pay Range:
25.00-25.00 per_hour,

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent Valid CDL Class A LicenseRequired without air brake restriction Must maintain acurrent/valid driver license Must meet PODS Driver QualificationStandards Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)Possess a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate or ability to obtaina minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement) Hands onexperience with electronic equipment and software preferred Possessmath skills sufficient to perform required duties Or an equivalentcombination of education, training or experience Ability to attendrequired 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
Ability to frequently remain in stationary positionfor driving CMV or operating forklift Ability to frequentlyascend/descend cab of truck and forklift using three points ofcontact Ability to frequently move about and position selffrequently to operate equipment and deliver containers Ability tooccasionally move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs Specific visionabilities required by this job include close vision, peripheralvision and ability to adjust focus; strong sense of spatialrelations to park vehicle and negotiate tight spaces. Ability tofrequently use hands to write, use computer, operate a motorvehicle, operate equipment, use handheld device, and manipulatedocuments Ability to regularly apply up to 40 pounds of pressureusing a variety of motions including, but not limited to, pushing,pulling and lifting Frequently required to read documents and writeneatly, legibly and transcribe accurate information Ability tofrequently communicate and exchange information with manager,co-workers and customers
WORKING CONDITIONS
Shift start times mayvary; Some additional hours may be required includingSaturdays/Sundays; Required to work overtime as needed.
Travelrequirements:
Within Location Territory Storage centers may not beclimate controlled except for specific areas. Regularly worksaround moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions thatinclude inclement weather, heat and humidity. Noise level may beloud at times. Regular attendance and punctuality required Subjecttodrug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordancewith company policy and DOT regulations .
