Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Verify the contents of each shipment against delivery documents
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers at delivery locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
• Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles, including vans, trucks,
• Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
• Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
• Strong attention to detail to verify shipment accuracy
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy packages as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:

• Moving:

  Experience in safely moving goods or furniture from one location to another.

• Courier:

  Knowledge of courier services and ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries.

• Warehouse:

  Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.

• Commercial driving: Understanding of commercial driving regulations and requirements.
• Route driving: Ability to follow designated routes for efficient deliveries.
• Load unload: Skill in safely loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles.
• Van driver: Proficiency in operating vans for local or regional deliveries.
