We pride ourselves on our expertise, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable a Pool Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally for our clients. You will interact directly with customers and provide top-notch service to maintain our stellar reputation. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning pools, checking and adjusting chemical levels, and inspecting equipment. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on pool equipment. Conduct water testing and add necessary chemicals to maintain proper water balance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool needs. Educate customers on pool care and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in excellent condition. Qualifications Previous experience as a pool service technician or related technician experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
