Position Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Assistant Parking Manager to support daily operations at the (Boca Raton Innovation Campus) BRiC in Boca Raton, FL. This role oversees all parking lot & garage registrations, shuttle transportation, and event parking, while maintaining a professional and approachable presence for staff, tenants and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on their feet and outdoors for extended periods.
Parking Management:
Conduct daily car counts and monitor lot usage Ensure vehicles are properly registered and parked in correct locations Issue notices to unregistered or non-compliant vehicles Enforce parking rules for contractors and vendors Identify and report hazards such as damaged signage or unsafe pathways
Event Support:
Coordinate signage and parking logistics for campus events Oversee valet operations and staffing for events like food trucks, farmers’ markets, and seasonal festivals
Facility Upkeep:
Perform or supervise basic cleaning and upkeep duties as needed (e.g. sweeping, pressure washing, sign placement) Maintain organized records of maintenance activities Assist with special projects, including minor repairs or painting
Customer Service:
Represent TruPark with professionalism and courtesy at all times Provide clear communication and helpful directions to tenants and visitors Promptly report or address customer concerns or safety issues
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with clean record (required) Prior experience in parking, facilities, security, or logistics preferred Comfortable working outside and on foot for extended periods Proficient with technology or able to learn parking software systems High school diploma or equivalent recommended Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks
